Specifically designed for 3U rack mounting for convenient PoE camera switch access, EL128 handles 12MP cameras with ease, and its flexible resource allocation allows every channel's throughput to be optimized to match camera capabilities for efficient utilization of the EL128’s massive 384Mbs maximum total throughput. The unit incorporates an Intel processor and 8Gb of RAM, four 1000Mbps network interface jacks to handle maximum video traffic, is H.265 & ONVIF 2.4 / CGI compliant, has 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 jacks. EL128's hard drives are front-mounted in slide-in carrels behind the front panel with its built-in operations monitor screen, and it can be set up with RAID 0/1/5/10 and even has an eSATA port if it's 16 hard drives are not enough.
Of course,the EL128 can access any camera-based FlexSmartAi video detection & analytics, including tripwire, intrusion, scene change, and abandoned or missing object detection. The system even supports audio baseline detection. If the audio in a room goes from a normal range to loud & violent, the system can take a snapshot, send an email, or engage an annunciator or alarm device if set to do so.
